all shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. In the rare occasion that your package is lost, please contact your local USPS office for a resolution. if the package remains lost after seven (7) days of being marked 'delivered', please email tlc@theallincase.com. all in case may offer a complimentary replacement order. refunds are not applicable on lost orders.
